How to resurface a backyard asphalt pad to be suitable for skating and basketball?

I sealed the cracks in the pad and now I'd love to make it suitable for my kids' basketball as well as skating. I'm not worried about lining it yet, just finding the right sealers and... surface paint? I don't want to sink thousands into this. via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2urA6JZ
