Any electricians know their way around a light timer switch? I filmed my problem(s) and could use your insight

I have three different switches that control my outdoor lighting, I wanted to replace them with switches that had a programmable seven day timer in it. I thought I had it wired up properly, but they don't seem to fire, I figured somebody out there could spot my mistakes much faster than I could.
